Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Cheyenne, WY and surrounding areas. The nurse will provide primary patient care, assessments, planning, and education for those receiving home infusion therapy.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, coordinating with the care team, educating patients, documenting activities, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure continuous nursing support. RN licensure in Wyoming is required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by state boards in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience; infusion therapy background preferred.
• BSN degree preferred; other relevant nursing degrees acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate sites.
• Coordinate with care team members and community resources.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion procedures.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure continuous nursing support.
