UCI Health in California seeks a clinical nurse for the Enterprise Float Pool who collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement a plan of care for assigned patients, ensuring coordination between disciplines and support staff. Evaluates outcomes, readiness for discharge, and revises plans as needed.

Mentors students and new nurses and may function as a Patient Care Coordinator as requested.

Competenze

• Must hold and maintain California RN license.
• Minimum 2 years acute care nursing; recent Step-Down or ICU experience.
• BSN required for external candidates.
