Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion therapy expertise to join as an in-home care specialist. You will provide infusion visits, patient education, and support to those receiving TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics under nursing guidelines.

As an independent contractor per diem role, you will perform visits, document care, and collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure safe, effective therapies and adherence to plans of care for diverse patients.

Qualifications

• RN with current state license and nursing degree.
• 2+ years in home infusion or infusion centers.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics preferred.
• CPR and BLS certifications are required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per care plan.
• Document nursing notes and patient interventions.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols and safety.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and other teams.
• Assess and revise care plans as patient needs change.
• Ensure adherence to therapy and safety standards.
