Job summary

Hawthorne Health, Inc. is expanding its Home Network and seeks dual-credentialed Cardiac and Vascular Sonographers to work Per Diem across the United States, traveling to patient homes to conduct in-home imaging visits.

You’ll carry portable ultrasound gear, perform echocardiograms and vascular studies per protocol, document findings, and ensure patient comfort while adhering to ASE standards. Per visit compensation and travel reimbursements apply.

Qualifications

• Active registration in cardiac imaging (RDCS or RCs) and vascular imaging (RVT or RVS) through ARDMS/CCI.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes locally or across state lines, based on region demand.
• Set up and transport portable ultrasound equipment at patient locations.
