Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of professional experience in merger integration, business transformation, or change management.
• Experience in education sector exposures, including for‑profit education.
• Understanding of value drivers for investing in for‑profit education.
• Experience leading one or more workstreams in business transformation.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service excellence by identifying client issues, refining needs, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Lead workstreams or sub‑areas within Integration Management Office (IMO) such as synergies, TSAs, blueprinting, Day 1 readiness, and roadmaps.
• Drive performance improvements across strategic areas including planning, operations, back‑office consolidation, supply chain, IT, and sales/marketing.
• Oversee Day 1/Day 100 planning and execution; adjust strategies and resources as required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable value for PE clients.
