Qualifications

• At least 5‑8+ years of professional experience (corporate and/or consulting) – ideally encompassing merger integration, business transformation, and/or change management.
• Operating experience in, and/or exposure to, the for‑profit education sector.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams or a focus area within Integration Management Office (IMO) – Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 readiness, etc., depending on deal size.
• Drive performance improvement assessments across an enterprise and oversee implementation of recommendations.
• Track progress against Day 1/Day 100 objectives and adjust integration strategies as required.
• Collaborate across finance, HR, supply chain, IT, and communications to deliver integration plans and synergies.
• Support career development, training, and exposure to international engagements within MI&C.
