Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in merger integration, business transformation, or change management.
• Exposure to the for‑profit education sector is a plus.
• Experience leading workstreams in enterprise transformation.
• MBA preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within the Integration Management Office (IMO) or a focus area such as Synergies, TSAs, or Roadmap.
• Drive Day 1 readiness, post‑close execution, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee planning and execution of key integration activities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 80% as required.
