Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a PeopleSoft Data Entry Specialist for a temporary assignment in Cleveland, OH. This onsite role supports a large public university within HR, with a 9-12 month horizon.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and pay is $24 per hour. Candidates should have 3+ years of data entry experience, familiarity with PeopleSoft, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong data entry experience (HR experience a plus).
• PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee information in the HR system with a high degree of accuracy
• Review and process employee data, including personal, job, and payroll-related information
• Perform routine data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain employee files and assist with general administrative tasks
• Support I-9 tracking and documentation processes
• Respond to internal inquiries and provide customer-focused support
• Assist with reports and other HR-related tasks as needed
