Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Must hold professional certification in one of several listed domains.
• Experience in supporting PeopleSoft Timekeeping and HCM modules.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft App Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, and Integration Broker.
• Strong BI Publisher reporting, Jira, and metrics skills.
• PeopleSoft Integration and change management experience.
• Hands-on programming in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management, software engineering, system testing, and acceptance testing for complex development efforts.
• Draft and maintain software support processes; diagnose incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop testing criteria and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Plan UX design activities for large programs and ensure usability and accessibility.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance to project teams.
