Kelly Services in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support operations during a major HR system transition. This onsite role offers a steady M-F schedule and a $50/hour pay rate.

You will deliver day-to-day HRBP support, respond quickly to urgent HR needs, advise on employee relations and policy interpretation, and collaborate with the HR team on Workday activities while maintaining high service levels.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience as HRBP or HR operations role.
Experience with union employees.
Able to address urgent HR needs with quick turnaround.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
