Job summary

A national recruiting company is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and enhance their PeopleSoft system. This role involves responsibilities such as ensuring data integrity, creating functional design specifications, and providing HR reporting. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience with PeopleSoft, along with the ability to use advanced Excel functions. Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-7 years experience using PeopleSoft or a comparable HR information system.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM/HR module.
• User Acceptance Testing for various development projects around PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Create functional design specifications and test scripts for special projects/process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity of the PeopleSoft system.
• Handle ad hoc report requests from HR Business Partners and prepare filings for mandatory government reports.

Expert with Microsoft Excel

PeopleSoft data entry experience

Education
