Job summary

DMI is seeking a PeopleSoft Human Capital/Enterprise Learning Development Lead (Application Manager) in the Washington DC area to guide a team of staff, contractors, and vendors in implementing and supporting PeopleSoft. This role focuses on delivery methodologies, stakeholder partnership, and technical ownership of the applications.

Ideal candidates will have ERP migration experience, PMP certification, and strong leadership across Oracle/SQL Server databases and third-party integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three years of additional applicable experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience in large ERP environments.
• Master's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Hyperion and other third-party systems.
• Experience with cloud-based applications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Agile/Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
• Experience with PeopleSoft O&M tasks and procurement artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan with scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Lead project team including functional and technical experts for smooth execution.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Translate business requirements into project deliverables.
• Identify risks and mitigate proactively.
• Oversee QA to ensure delivery meets standards.
• Prepare status reports for stakeholders and management.
• Support ERP modernization and procurement artifacts as needed.
• Configure PeopleSoft and related tools for administration and processes.
• Develop training materials and design reviews for proposed solutions.
