Job summary

DMI is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM/ELM Developer Lead to design, develop, and integrate PeopleSoft HCM and ELM across HR functions. You will coordinate with HR, Training, and Operations to ensure seamless data flows and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities include upgrades, automated workflows, reporting, and data management, with emphasis on reliability, scalability, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years supporting enterprise HCM/ELM and workforce management systems.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM/ELM configuration, testing, deployment and support.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft HCM/ELM with Maximo, UKG/Telestaff and Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, enhancement, and support of PeopleSoft HCM and ELM applications.
• Manage program/project activities, status reporting, and documentation in SDLC context.
• Develop integrations between PeopleSoft HCM/ELM and enterprise systems such as Maximo and Oracle Cloud.
• Create SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR, compliance, and training reporting.
• Provide QA, risk management, testing oversight, and release support.
