Job summary

Flagship Financial Group is seeking a Manager, People Technology & Process to lead the HRIS/ATS ecosystem and drive automation, governance, and efficient employee experiences. You will partner with Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to design scalable, high-impact HR solutions.

You will lead complex HR technology initiatives, build executive dashboards, and guide process improvements in a hybrid, tech-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Business, HR, IS, Technology, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience).
• Progressive experience in HR Technology, People Operations, HRIS, or related functions (7+ years).
• Experience owning enterprise HRIS, workflows, integrations, and self-service functionality.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer our HR technology ecosystem, including HRIS, ATS, workflows, integrations, and employee self-service.
• Lead HR technology implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, and process transformation projects from planning through stabilization.
• Partner with Technology, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Finance, and leaders to design and integrate HR systems.
• Develop scalable HR processes to improve employee and manager experiences and operational efficiency.
• Establish shared services capabilities, including ticketing platforms, SLAs, knowledge bases, and self-service tools.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards, workforce analytics, and operational metrics.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, security, and compliance across all people systems.
