Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York is seeking an Analyst, People Technology to provide technical support across the People Team, including talent acquisition, core HCM, compliance, and Workday processes. Hybrid work arrangement in NYC.

You will assist with testing, data management, reporting and process improvements to automate workflows and enhance collaboration firm-wide.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Workday or HRIS configuration
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Gathers and documents client requirements including stakeholder identification, scope, current and future state processes and workflows.
• Assists with Workday configuration, testing, validation, and maintenance.
• Supports regression testing during Workday releases and related system updates.
• Provides data management, reporting and auditing support for People Team processes.
• Contributes to process improvement initiatives to automate workflows and enhance collaboration.
