Skadden seeks an Analyst, People Technology in New York. This hybrid role provides technical support to the People Team firm-wide, focusing on Workday processes, data management, testing, and process improvement.

You will help configure Workday, manage changes, and assist with release testing and change management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HRIS configuration experience (Workday preferred), strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to manage

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years HRIS configuration experience (Workday preferred).
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers and documents requirements, stakeholders, scope for current and future processes.
• Collaborates with People Operations to troubleshoot and implement Workday solutions.
• Assists with Workday configuration, testing, validation, and maintenance.
• Supports regression testing during Workday releases.
• Documents changes and maintains job aids with Change Management.
