Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is seeking an International Benefits Analyst in New York (hybrid) to manage Workday for international benefits across multiple countries. The role requires strong HRIS experience, especially with Workday, and the ability to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance across offices.

You will collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, and IT teams, and lead system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of benefits HRIS experience in a global professional services context.
• 3+ years of Workday benefits HRIS experience including benefits configurations.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, enhance and maintain Workday for international benefits.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform data audits.
• Create reports and ensure system compliance across countries.
• Liaise between Benefits, Payroll, People Team and vendors to maximise efficiency.
• Audit benefits processes and data for accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Support design, implementation and integration of new benefits functionality.
