Dow Jones is offering a Summer 2027 People Team Intern role in New York City. The 10-week internship provides hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and more within a global HR function.

The program emphasizes mentorship, leadership engagement, and a diverse intern community. You will rotate across initiatives, support analytics and reporting, participate in cross-functional projects, and learn about Workday, LMS, and other HR tech.

Formación

• Pursuing a 4-year undergraduate degree and graduating between Dec 2027 and Jul 2029 (U.S.).
• Demonstrates curiosity and motivation to learn with an interest in people-focused work.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, LMS or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support project-based work across People Team functions.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business partners on key initiatives.
• Create presentations and documentation to aid team effectiveness.
• Gain exposure to HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and other tools.
