Qualifications

• Completed at least two years toward a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, Finance, or related field.
• Strong curiosity and motivation to learn, with a passion for people-focused work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, LMS, ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting processes, data insights, internship programming, and employer branding.
• Contribute to performance management rollouts, change management, and organizational design projects.
• Participate in Workday optimization, reporting and analytics, employee experience enhancements, and system/process improvements.
• Support year-end compensation processes and compliance initiatives.
• Assist in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs; support LMS administration.
• Partner with HR leaders to provide strategic support on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and business partners on key initiatives.
• Create presentations and documentation that contribute to team effectiveness.
• Gain exposure to HR technologies including Workday, ServiceNow, Google Workspace.
