Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a People & Talent Manager in Boston, MA to lead leadership development and talent strategies for a high-volume campus dining program.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to set high standards, coach managers, design learning solutions, and drive succession planning while advancing engagement and employee experience across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years in HR leadership, engagement, talent management, and learning.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent public speaking and facilitation skills to drive learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CARE People leader engagement strategies to deliver meaningful workplace experiences.
• Set leadership framework and measurement to ensure program success.
• Coach and mentor managers; train leaders and facilitate empathy and inclusion.
• Ensure learning and development platforms are implemented across the business.
• Present People activities in meetings and maintain open leadership communication.
