Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, employment law, and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across all levels.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dining leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead recruitment for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles.
• Coach managers on performance, employee relations, and team development.
• Develop initiatives to boost engagement, retention, and wellbeing.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR records.
• Support payroll, staffing and HR shared services to drive operations.
