Job summary

Paylocity in Odessa, TX is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle. You will handle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, training, and engagement initiatives to ensure a smooth, compliant employee experience.

You will partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues, maintain HR documentation, and promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to applicable laws and company

Qualifications

• Experience in HR generalist and recruiting role.
• Experience with job-posting platforms and staffing agencies preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities from job posting through hire.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring-manager interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer acceptance through orientation.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and open enrollment.
• Coordinate employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
