Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The role focuses on aligning HR programs with regulatory changes and company policies.

You will lead recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring accurate records and confidential handling of information while guiding managers across departments in best practices and employment law.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, HR-related field or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a management role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues professionally.
• Advise managers on HR policies, practices, and employee relations matters.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee benefits administration.
• Develop and implement employee programs and services.
• Assist with HR policies and procedures development.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR records and systems.
• Supervise and support HR staff and daily operations.
