Job summary

Paylocity in Texas seeks an HR professional to manage payroll, onboarding, benefits, recruitment and employee relations within a comprehensive HR program. You will support HR-driven projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure policy compliance while providing excellent service to employees.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; PHR is preferred and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws & regulations.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle payroll.
• Develop and administer HR plans and procedures.
• Onboarding including orientation and enrollments.
• Assist in performance reviews, compensation programs and job descriptions updates.
• Handle benefits administration including open enrollment and inquiries.
• Assist in recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance on posted materials, 401k, etc.
