Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional HR experience preferred.
• Strong HR practices, employee relations, recruiting, and HR administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office; learn HRIS and other HR systems.
• Willing to travel as needed for investigations, recruiting, or HR events.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for all staff employees, including offer letters, documentation, screenings, orientation coordination, and smooth transitions.
• Process employee job changes, transfers, promotions, and status changes accurately and promptly.
• Serve as a primary HR resource for policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Respond to employee questions with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support employee relations and assist management with issue resolution.
• Assist with employee relations investigations: gather info, interview, document findings, maintain confidentiality.
• Partner with managers to advise on performance, attendance, conduct, and HR policy.
• Support recruiting activities: posting, reviewing, interviews, candidate communication, and hiring process.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure HR transactions and employee information are accurate in HRIS and systems.
• Assist with interpretation and application of policies and employment practices.
• Support management with day-to-day HR issues and guidance.
• Assist with HR projects, audits, and process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
