Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional HR experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations and recruiting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; HRIS familiarity a plus.
• Willing to travel for investigations or HR events.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding process for staff, including documentation and screenings.
• Process job changes, transfers, promotions, and status updates.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment matters.
• Respond to employee questions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support employee relations and issue resolution with management.
• Assist with recruiting activities and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Support management with day-to-day HR issues and policy interpretation.
• Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
