TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join a hybrid team in Hillsboro, OR. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with business leaders, craft engaging job postings, source top talent, and ensure rigorous candidate assessment in compliance with employment laws.

This role emphasizes candidate experience and collaborative workforce planning. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of recruiting experience, a bachelor's degree (or 4+ years of relevant experience), and familiarity with ATS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required, OR four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2-4 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting within a mid-sized to large organization (1,000+ employees preferred).
• Financial services or financial institution recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to forecast staffing needs and advise on recruiting best practices.
• Create compelling job postings reflecting role requirements and attract qualified candidates.
• Source top talent via job boards, networking events, career fairs, passive outreach, and emerging platforms.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for exempt/non-exempt/temporary roles while complying with applicable regulations.
