Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR Assistant or HR Coordinator experience.
• Experience with onboarding and recruitment.
• Proficiency with BambooHR.

Responsibilities

• Owns the recruitment lifecycle: finalize job descriptions, post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Manage the pre-employment process, including eligibility documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding and provide back-up payroll; answer benefits questions.
