• 10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on HRIS platform expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
• HR data, reporting, and analytics: governance, dashboards, audits, data quality.
• System implementation and enhancement work across HR modules and processes.
• Compliance, controls, and security in HR systems.
• Project, program and change management across enterprise projects.
• Cross-functional partnership with HR, payroll, IT, finance, security, compliance, and vendors.
• Core HR knowledge: org structures, compensation, benefits, recruiting, lifecycle events, performance, talent data.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for People Systems & Workforce Insights.
• Govern HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, releases, and vendor performance.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
• Represent People in enterprise technology, data, AI, security, and operating-model forums.
• Lead and develop the HR systems and analytics team with succession planning.
• Own technology intake and prioritization balancing value, risk, and standards.
• Maintain internal controls and evidence for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Safeguard sensitive employee data and responsible AI use.
• Improve platform reliability, service delivery, and self-service adoption.
