Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr Manager, People Systems & Workforce Insights to lead the People Systems and analytics strategy for a remote role across the United States. You will oversee HRIS governance, workforce reporting, and employee analytics, partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive responsible AI and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

10+ years of related work experience, including 3+ years leading teams.
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands‑on HRIS platform expertise: Workday configuration, security, testing, and support.
HR data, reporting, and analytics: governance, dashboards, audits, data quality.

Responsibilities

Set multi-year technology strategy for the People Systems & Workforce Insights division.
Lead governance for HR system configuration, security, data, reporting, and vendor performance.
Oversee technology budgeting, contracts, renewals, and implementation partners.
Represent People & Community in enterprise technology, data, AI, and security decisions.
Lead the HR systems & analytics team and develop talent and capability.
Own the division’s technology intake and prioritization and ensure audits.
Safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure responsible use of AI in decisions.
