Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for People systems including ticket triage and escalation.
• Assist with user access, security administration, and audits.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Support testing, audits, data entry, and routine system maintenance.
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuous learning.
