Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to administer and improve Workday Financial Management. This role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, and HR to maintain system integrity, configure data, and deliver reporting solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Workday FM experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Workday experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Workday Financial Management experience.
• Experience with Workday security, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; ability to translate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Workday Financial Management processes, security, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, data integrity, and workflow issues.
• Configure foundational financial data: cost centers, accounts, worktags, structures.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Support Workday integrations, security reviews, and testing for releases.
