Job summary
AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst to implement, support, and optimize Workday HR modules and related HR applications. You will run fit/gap sessions, draft functional specifications, develop dashboards, and coordinate with HR, IT, and external partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business systems, or related field highly desired.
- 8+ years of IT/business systems experience with degree; 12+ years without degree.
- Strong Workday configuration, security, and reporting knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Implement, support, and enhance Workday HR modules.
- Conduct fit/gap sessions and draft functional specs.
- Develop reports and dashboards in Workday; perform testing.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external agencies.
- Prepare training materials and user guides.
- Serve as primary liaison for project work and operations.
