Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Manager, People Systems Engineering to lead the team powering the employee technology ecosystem, including Workday, Docebo, Greenhouse, and related integrations.

You will define the long-term technical strategy, shape architecture, data strategy, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to connect Workday and other platforms into a cohesive employee experience across HR, recruiting, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and long-term architecture for the People technology ecosystem (Workday, Docebo, Greenhouse, integrations).

• Serve as a technical leader ensuring Workday remains well-architected and maintainable.
