Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in HR systems, HRIS, business analytics, or related field.
Hands-on Workday experience – REQUIRED
Experience with HRIS systems and integrations
Experience with data migration, validation, testing, and reporting
Understanding of APIs and system integrations
Experience with SFTP, API authentication, encryption, x509/PGP certificates, or similar technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Experience handling confidential and sensitive data
