KIPP Capital Region is seeking a Manager of People Operations - Employee Experience to lead onboarding, offboarding, records, and data management across Albany and Troy schools. The role partners with Payroll, Finance, and Talent teams to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

The position also oversees annual renewals, CWK, LOOs, stipends, seasonal staffing, and UKG administration, with a focus on improving efficiency and staff experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in HR, People Operations, Employee Services, or related field.
• Experience administering HR systems and employee databases, preferably UKG.
• Experience managing personnel files, document retention, employment verifications, and compliance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, employee records, and data management.
• Manage annual renewals, CWK, LOOs, stipends, and seasonal staffing administration.
• Lead UKG administration, timekeeping support, and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
