Job summary

CBRE is seeking a People Business Partner in a remote USA role. You will help roll out HR initiatives, policies, and procedures and support the People Strategy and Operations function in designing, executing, and monitoring HR programs.

Key duties include developing onboarding programs, succession planning, performance management initiatives, employee relations guidance, risk identification with managers, and delivering trainings across topics such as diversity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the rollout and communication of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Develop onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action support.
• Work with managers to identify employment-related risks and begin investigations.
• Manage HR functions for a business unit, including employment, labor relations, and compensation.
• Conduct training on performance management, diversity, and related topics.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information and coach others in the function.
