Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Sarasota, FL is seeking a People Services Coordinator to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee administration for our healthcare teams. The role supports onboarding, compliance, and employee experience to create a positive environment for new and existing staff.

You will collaborate with People Services, Benefits, Payroll, and operations leaders, manage HRIS, LMS, and EMR systems, and help with training needs—all while maintaining a Monday–Friday in-office

Qualifications

• Previous experience in onboarding, human resources, employee services, or administrative support required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Some college preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation, including communication, documentation, and system setup
• Troubleshoot HR-related systems, including HRIS, LMS, and EMR platforms
• Monitor compliance requirements, conduct chart audits, and partner with leaders on outstanding documentation and training needs
• Contribute to the efficient administration of People Services programs while delivering exceptional customer service to employees and leaders
• Serve as contact for employee questions, resolving issues and escalating concerns when appropriate
• Support acquisitions, reporting requests, and other People Services initiatives
• Assist with staff meetings, skills fairs, and other employee or organizational activities
