Concierge Home Care in Sarasota, FL is seeking a People Services Coordinator to support onboarding, compliance, and employee administration. You will ensure a seamless experience for new and existing staff while working closely with Benefits, Payroll, and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding, HR services, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HRIS usage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation, including communication, documentation, and system setup.
• Troubleshoot HR-related systems such as HRIS, LMS, and EMR platforms.
• Monitor compliance requirements and partner with leaders on documentation and training needs.
• Assist with staff meetings, reporting requests, and other People Services initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and issue resolution.
