Job summary

Concierge Home Care seeks an HR Generalist to support employees, leaders, and HR operations across Florida. This in-office role based in Sarasota handles employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, with travel to Bradenton, Sarasota, and Ft.

Myers as needed. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills, have some college coursework, and be comfortable using ADP Workforce Now.

At Concierge Home Care, our mission is simple: Caring for people who care for people. We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees, leaders, and HR operations across our growing healthcare organization serving 60+ counties throughout Florida.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys employee relations, benefits administration, problem-solving, and creating a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do

Employee Relations & HR Support

• Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
• Assist with employee relations concerns and conflict resolution
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Maintain confidential employee records

Benefits Administration

• Administer employee health and welfare benefits
• Assist employees with enrollments and benefit questions
• Serve as liaison with insurance providers

HR Operations & Compliance

• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain compliance documentation and personnel records
• Process employee changes within ADP Workforce Now
• Generate HR reports and workforce data as needed

Location

This position is based in Sarasota, FL, with occasional travel between Bradenton, Sarasota, and Ft. Myers

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Some college or equivalent

Preferred

• ADP Workforce Now experience
• 1+ year of Human Resources experience
• Benefits administration experience

$20-$25 per hour(based on experience)
