Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on program management within Talent Management, People Ops, or L&D.
• Outstanding facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and remote sessions.
• Ability to navigate IT, Workplace, Recruiting stakeholder landscapes independently.
• fluency pulling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to drive iteration.
• Proactive, detail-oriented attitude with a track record of driving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end, from preboarding to first-90-days curriculum.
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting and People Partners to optimize the program.
• Deliver quarterly performance recaps and evolution proposals to People leadership.
• Maintain mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors and tracking feedback.
