Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Bastrop, TX is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to help design and scale our domestic onboarding program. You will partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to update new hire information and deliver high-quality social and developmental experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in onboarding, learning and development, human resources, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and scale the company’s domestic onboarding program.
• Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and onboarding programs with innovative strategies and tools.
• Partner with stakeholders across the company to update all new hire information for current company practices and policies.
• Develop and act on a deep understanding of internal onboarding-related systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs, then develop and execute recommendations for program improvements.
• Assist in weekly orientation preparations.
• Provide outstanding service to our customers by responding in a timely manner to their questions.
• Identify and implement positive employee experiences to help new employees adapt to company and team cultures quickly.
• Partner with HR leadership to create and implement impactful onboarding-related resources for hiring managers, company leadership, and other stakeholders in the onboarding process.
