Job summary

The WellBridge of Romeo is seeking a Human Resources Manager with payroll duties to lead people services and support staffing and culture. You will collaborate with facility leadership to deliver payroll, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, reporting, and HR processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR and 3–5 years of HR experience, with LTC familiarity preferred. You will promote hospitality and outstanding customer service in daily interactions with guests,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 3–5 years HR experience; LTC experience preferred.
• Generalist background including recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Strong customer service orientation with interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• You are a team player, dedicated to supporting your team and getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Administrate payroll and ensure accurate processing.
• Execute full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
• Complete pre-employment background screening for all hires.
• Coordinate new hire orientation with staff development.
• Collaborate to diagnose staffing needs and assist with staffing plans and turnover analysis.
• Investigate employee relations issues and document outcomes.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
