• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or related field with 3–5 years HR experience; Long‑Term Care experience preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, payroll, employee relations and benefits administration.
• Strong customer service focus and outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• You are a team player dedicated to supporting your team and getting the job done.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and ensure completion of facility payroll.
• Execute the full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, offers.
• Complete pre-employment background screening for all new hires.
• Coordinate new hire orientation with staff development.
• Diagnose staffing needs and assist with staffing plans and turnover/recruitment analyses.
• Respond to employee relations issues with timely investigations and proper documentation.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
