Job summary

You will own full-cycle recruitment, oversee onboarding and orientation, manage payroll processing, and develop staffing plans. The role emphasizes exceptional service to staff, guests, families, and visitors while ensuring compliance and effective people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 3–5 years HR experience.
• Generalist background including recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and ensure completion of facility payroll.
• Execute full life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
• Complete the pre-employment background screening process on all new hires.
• Coordinate new hire orientation program with staff development.
• Collaborate with management on staffing plans, turnover analysis, and retention efforts.
• Investigate employee relations issues with timely, objective documentation and appropriate outcomes.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions.
