Job summary

Sauce is seeking a People & Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment and major People Operations tasks. You will source, screen, and close candidates across the US, LATAM, Europe, Israel and Asia while coordinating with executives.

The role is remote with US Eastern time hours and reports to the Head of People. You will also manage onboarding, offboarding, equipment provisioning, and culture activities to support a distributed team across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with ownership of searches from intake to close
• Proven sourcing ability with outbound initiatives
• Meaningful People Operations or HR generalist experience including employee lifecycle administration and HR systems
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniorities, including international time zones and contractor teams
• Hands-on AI tooling in workflow with concrete examples of automation
• Strong ATS fluency (Lever preferred; Greenhouse/Workday acceptable)
• HRIS familiarity (Deel preferred; Remote/Rippling/Workday acceptable)
• Impeccable English written and spoken communication
• Comfort coordinating with executives and managing senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to close for roles across Sauce
• Build and run pipelines with outbound sourcing, referrals, and market research
• Partner with department heads and executives across time zones
• Use AI tooling to screen resumes, transcribe interviews, and draft ATS notes
• Coordinate offers and multi-signer signatures with Finance on compensation
• Manage employee lifecycle activities in People Operations and HRIS
• Support employment structures including EOR and international contractors
• Ensure compliant, transparent candidate experience across calendars and communications
