Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to provide advanced operational support for enterprise TA processes, systems, and programs. • Five+ years in Talent Acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Experience in global or multi-site environments.
• Experience delivering training and onboarding.
• Experience coordinating UAT and system implementations.
• Experience with executive-level recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law and background checks.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
