Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to forecast staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Promote vacancies across recruitment platforms and social channels.
• Source and attract candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, and communications.
• Conduct reference and background checks and verify employment.
• Ensure recruitment documentation is compliant and records are accurate.
• Support onboarding with pre-employment documentation and start-date readiness.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
• Track progress and provide recruitment reports to management.
