Job summary

AI Digital in Belgrade, Serbia, seeks a People Operations specialist to manage employee data across HRIS and related systems, while coordinating documentation across multiple legal entities. You will support lifecycle changes, including roles and compensation, and ensure records are complete and compliant.

Work with People Partners, Finance, and payroll providers, assisting with relocation and immigration processes. This hybrid role involves office presence 1–2 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in People Operations, HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Strong hands-on employee administration and HR documentation.
• Experience with HRIS or other People systems.
• Good understanding of HR administration and labor-related processes.
• High accuracy when handling employee data and documents.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Ability to work from Belgrade office 1–2 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and other People systems.
• Prepare and coordinate HR documentation across different legal entities.
• Support employee lifecycle changes, including role updates and compensation.
• Coordinate document signing and maintain complete, accurate records.
• Support relocation and immigration processes, including work authorization.
• Maintain HR trackers, reports, and operational data.
• Support employees and contractors across engagement models.
• Partner with People Partners, People Coordinators, Finance, payroll providers, and external partners.
• Contribute to the upcoming HRIS transition and migration of data and processes.
