Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and data in HRIS (HiBob).
• Process routine employee lifecycle changes in HRIS.
• Execute payroll inputs and validation checks.
• Support benefits enrollment, life events, and vendor communications.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and maintain audit documentation.
• Respond to routine employee questions and escalate complex issues.
